Our friend Athena (@athenaeats) created an amazing blondie recipe for us. She says it saw better than we can so we'll let her take it from here :)
Let me tell you guys. This recipe was AMAZING! These were my first blondies and they turned out so thick and delicious. The right amount of cashews with a buttery flavor. When I make them again I’ll be adding more chocolate pieces to the top. If you like more chocolate definitely measure with your soul like @dadaeats says lol🤤
Ingredients:
* 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup @karmanuts chopped unsalted roasted cashews
* Handful of dark chocolate pieces before going in oven
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease or line with parchment paper a 8x8 pan
2. Mix the wet ingredients together and the dry ingredients together and combine
3. Spread the batter evenly in the pan and distribute your chocolate pieces
4. Bake for 35 ish minutes depending on your oven, and enjoy!
